The DEA’s Administrative Law Judge, Francis Young concluded: «In strict medical terms cannabis is far more secure than numerous foods we typically take in. For instance, eating 10 raw potatoes can result in a poisonous reaction. By contrast, it is physically difficult to eat enough cannabis to cause death. Cannabis in its natural form is one of the safest therapeutically active substances understood to male. By any procedure of rational analysis cannabis can be safely utilized within the supervised routine of medical care.»
